Golsa holds an MBA and brings extensive experience in postsecondaryeducation, with a strong focus on bridging theory and real-world application through practicalteaching strategies. Her professional interests include micro-credentials, work-integratedlearning, and the ethical use of AI in language and business education. She developed theTESOL Canada–accredited Teaching Business English Certificate micro-credential and co-authored a peer-reviewed article on prompt design for ChatGPT in higher education
