BC TEAL 2026 Annual Conference

Mary Bertucci is a LINC instructor and writer living in Metro Vancouver. She has been teaching English for nearly two decades and loves to develop thoughtful, positive curriculum for beginner-level students. She is part of an Indigenous family and focuses on diversifying curriculum and incorporating Indigenous content into EAL. Mary has also worked with neurodiverse learners and those with learning differences, helping them to feel safe, supported and motivated to achieve their goals.
